IPRS uses a dual-layer model: The IPRS Star Rating defines an athlete’s official rating based only on verified USA Field Hockey achievements (max 5.0 stars). The IPRS Ranking Score (Points) is used solely to determine placement within the rankings among athletes; all achievements remain visible.
