PLAYER EXPERIENCE 
Steve grew up in a small country town in Australia and has been playing hockey since he was five years old. In Australia, hockey is a big family sport, and Steve's father is still representing Australia at 73 years of age.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
Steve has completed various coaching certifications including Level 2 USFH Accreditation, Pan Am High Performance Coaching/ Toronto CA, Pan Am High Performance/ Bermuda, Rudi Mendoza High Performance Coaching/ Barbados as well as many regional and national coaching events. Steve has been involved in the United States Field Hockey Futures Program as head coach and site director, as well as a Futures selector and umpire, a Junior Olympics coach and umpire, and has umpired NCAA tournaments and an NCAA All Star Game.
